ClientEarth response to the Welsh Governments consultation on scallop dredging in Cardigan Bay

The ClientEarth consultation response on the Welsh Governments proposal to open up protected area Cardigan Bay to scallop dredging. In this response we remind the Welsh Government of their obligations under the Habitats Directive to protect the site and ensure that scallop dredging would be in line with the law, before they consider whether a scallop fishery is desirable.
